Just use base Chromium or Ungoogled if you're a schizo. Everything else is retarded right now.

Perfection if you're someone who likes to have 10 gorillion tabs open to take notes from for writing, studying, etc. Mobile version is breddy gud too. Been using it for 6 years.

They fixed those interface slowdowns. Quite usable now unless they remove mv2.

are they planning to remove it completely?
Anonymous No.106505164

No idea. For now it looks like they are keeping it in as on the beta they have chromium v140 but I tested ubo and one other mv2 extension and they are still working.

Vivaldi Snapshot is on Chromium 140 and all v2 extensions are still working, there is a launch parameter that disables the disabling of these extensions (not even fucking joking, the parameter is --disable-features=ExtensionManifestV2Unsupported,ExtensionManifestV2Disabled)
AFAIK, all of this is definitely going away by chromium 142

Thanks for the info. I'll look out for the "updated to chromium 142.0" line before updating.
