When was my license to Quake source code revoked?

This person keeps saying this, for years, that my "license" to Quake fork was revoked.
When did that happen?
I paid cash money for the development of that fork; to one of the engine developers, how can they revoke my license of the code I allready have?
I also contributed 3d model and QuakeC code, in addition to the money (I sent my whole cheque for awhile)
