I still have mine running both OS X Catalina and Linux Mint. Upgraded the WiFi card to handle WiFi 6 and upgraded the RAM to 16GB. Added extra SSD and HDD

All macs after the switch to x86 are shit.
At least with the PowerPC cpu's they were interesting and the Motorola 68000 models were incredibly reliable.

I still use a 2013 MacBook Pro fully loaded with extra 1TB HDD and 1TB SSD, modified AX10 wifi Card and 16GB of RAM, running Linux Mint, LIKE A FUCKING BOSS!!! I browse 4chinz and Freetube. real comfy.
