Is there a free antivirus software that will allow me to scan pirated torrents? I'm talking about real antivirus program not that kind that goes off on every exe file.

Virustotal, also just run your warez inside a dedicated container/sandbox, no need to overthink it.

Yea virustotal is dope! I wrote a script a while back to query their site with IP lists of all connections to my device to look for known malicious IPs or C2 servers. Probably the best public repo/aggregator of known malware.
