I skimmed the first minute of the video and he posted a star trek clip. It seems to be a reference to spock having a goatee in an alternate universe in an episode of star trek and the title of the video has alternate universe in it. I searched 8bit guy alternate universe and there was another video 2 months ago where he has a goatee in the thumbnail. I'm not really familiar with this guy or star trek but it seems like he's just autistic and it's a joke to wear a fake mustache because he likes star trek. I didn't watch enough to discover why a commodore 128 would be in an alternate universe. I hope this helps.

Didn't check both locations but the one I did is in a shopping center with several places to eat and a bar so they can't get away with being too high without risking people leaving when they're hungry or want a drink. Plus being in a suburban strip mall is pretty low overhead. Wouldn't be surprised if a large percentage of their profit comes from the party rooms. People are more reluctant to have people over at their homes these days so the small party room business is doing well.
