Therapy used to mean something, bordering on spirituality with archetypical and subconscious concepts of Karl Jung for example. There have been so many great psychologists.
If your work as a professional is so fucking lame that an AI can do it, you really don't give a shit about your client's mental health at all.
The DSM and its consequences have been a disaster for the human race.

I do, it does fine
It just helps me to get my thoughts out to someone/something else, gets me to read what I've said/written, and gets me thinking about my problems in different ways >>106561017
I can agree that current professional psychology is just like current medicine, people are only in it for the money

Are you stupid?

Your statement " my life has become better", begs the question, what do you mean by "become"? Because now you are dealing with the metaphysical continuation of transcendental and imminent dimensions. In fact, what do you mean by "AI", what do you mean by "therapy"? What do you mean by "Jordan"? What do you mean by "Peterson"?

Same for me. It goes into these weird loops as well where it clearly can't address your issues so it keeps giving the same response essentially. But I find real therapists are like that as well, maybe we're just chatting with an Indian after all.
