>west coast
I got a terrible flu when a sic chinaman sat next to me at the california bar exam for 3 days. Even though he was like 5 feet away.

>And, at “nearly 40,” law school would have been more than a decade ago for you.
More than that.
>The answers were (a) black acre
And I said "greenacre, maybe blackmoore".
Greenacre was always the 2nd piece of real-property in a case.
> and (b) briefing cases. You’d remember that even if it was a hundred years ago. And, at “nearly 40,” law school would have been more than a decade ago for you.
We didn't brief shit. We read the cases. Outlined things maybe. Were expected to beable to argue the cases in class.
Maybe we were _SUPPOSED_ to brief cases. Maybe some people did..

This person says I'm not a lawyer because I forgot the name of the property case theoretical plots of land.
I said off the top of my head: "greenacre and blackmoore maybe"
This isn't "good enough"
It is "so far away" from "blackacre" that "im clearly not a lawyer"
And yet I have a law degree and a law license. I also have a real estate license.
