HD Flash delta weights can still be mixed with 2k test, though I'm not sure if it's idea given those poor 2k results. We'll see when it's done, clearly 2k test is still in progress.

Wan22 in ComfyUI immediately busts VRAM no matter what I do, and Wan2GP takes 45 minutes to do a 480p-tier video gen while only using 8 out of 16 GB of VRAM. Being an AMDfag is suffering.

Local is cool but it takes too long now. Chroma many times slower than SDXL, Qwen taking even longer, people coping with plastic quants. Starting to feel like RTX 6000 pro is the bare minimum for local going forward

Works fine, but if you are training a model which is supported on OneTrainer, use the latter since it's much faster when doing offloading/blow swapping, which you will increasingly need even if you have a 5090 32gb since the models just get bigger.

Diffusion-Pipe is likely the best option if you have dual GPUs though.

base wan may also do it at times but it's more gacha and if you want the extremes like vidrel you need
