Its slop you can (and usually have to) fix yourself, vs slop you pay $10k minimum and wait a week for a field tech to be sent out, or usually just be told to upgrade to the latest version which does fix the problem, it just breaks in new, different and exciting ways that make you wish you just had the old problem to deal with.
