i was a chrome user until last week when google finally killed off ublock on my end and it wouldn't let me watch youtube videos without ads
miss it SO bad
fuckin hate firefox, i'm going through all the config options to make it more chromelike but it's just not as good
i tried using ddg too but the shit was beyond sucking, so i went back to google as the search engine at least

it's mostly little things from chrome that i can't seem to ape the functionality of in firefox.
for example the tabs in firefox piss me off, i preferred chrome just making them very thin when you had too many, no horizontal scroll crap. or how in firefox, it treats opening links the same as media, so i can't make it instantly focus a pic or video opened in the browser without also having it auto do that for links i open in a new tab, which i don't want.
stuff like that, there's probably more i can't think of right now. there are enough minor issues that prevent me from just making it werk like chrome did, and that gets me hot.

I've always been a ff man and just used chrome for porn and whatnot, but now that they killed off v2 it's time to find a different porn browser. I've never looked into that stuff before, do any of the other chromium alternatives support chrome extensions since they are more or less the same under the hood? and what ones are "we are keeping v2" vs "we haven't removed v2... yet"?
