that short clip was 200s maybe? this workflow uses the lightx2v i2v lora, 4080/16gb

looks like the example workflow does "mix mode" only, replacing the character from the input video with the character from the reference image.

if anyone figures out how to use "move mode" (moving the character in the reference image with motion from the input video) you should post how you're getting it working

DESU coincidentally i discovered a cool trick with wan22 before wananimate dropped. the ability to change the 1girl on the low noise sampler, feed its separate clip and condition in but do not send its latent's. Just still send the latents from the high noise sampler using these settings for sample pic related. use the light speed lora rank64 at 5 in high, use offical 2.2 light speed lora low in the low at 1.

Can gen the high noise with who ever, use difference image as i discribled above, make sure its the same dimensions and boom it will replace the 1girl with the other 1girl. Tbh and i have not tried yet it will probably be possible to high noise using txt to video on an existing video and then send that into low noise and replace the person. It does a fucking better job than wan 2.1 vace or any of that shit.

I mean desu its not a perfect method here it will depend on the pose the 1girl is in compared with the original 1girl, but it will do as i say and steal the motion including most of the back round, only the person changes and it is very accurate! But you need to set up things like low loras into high into to steal style and not so much motion. Then use high loras in the high to get the motion you need. Use the motion loras low version in the low and t2v low loras will bleed through, such as pussy and ass details that kind of thing but it does not change their body or face overall.

Just thought i'd share that because i was a coincidence i stumbled on when using some chinese guys settings. I began to see how the model works.

Its important you don't take the high model cfg higher than in the screen shot as it just burns, and not to take it lower or you get body horror. The low cfg can be played around with, no higher than 2.00 imo or it will just burn. Its more important to get the low action low loaded and at the right weight with any other style loras being slightly higher in low.

You might have a good missionary lora but don't want it to impact the style or composistion. This sound unintuitive but use its low lora for high model and also its low model in low model, this minimizes its effect on changing the character. Only some of its motion and for example if its anal for example it goes in their ass and not between their legs or into their butt cheek. just use the low lora for that and use what ever high lora that will give you the right action in the high model.

they must be using different prompt windows with own clip lines, for the wanimagetovid nodes (you require 2 and two images) and ksamplers respectively.

first sampler gets the talents, it does its usual enable noise and pass over remaining nose to the second sample which is the low noise model sampler. You feed the second low sample (low noise) with the second image and use the settings I posted. Will take some trial and error but the results when it works are better than anything because you can now combine loras in a way you don't normally do and also change the person in the scene.

Very much still playing with and testing, its like having vace but with out the bullshit.

You don't need to caption using natural language, I did a lot of tests using it vs booru style tagging on Flux dev which was trained on natural language, and it worked just as well

Did the same test on Chroma and same result, that said I only did a few tests on Chroma compared to the 10-15 or so on Flux dev

Conclusion, as long as you are consistent and make sure there aren't hallucinations in your captions, it really doesn't matter which style you use

right click screen clear vram, even better activate new menu UI and click unload node cache. Wan really does take the piss when it comes to memory and not just vram, can have a system on 40GB on idle after 1 - 2 days use. If yu don't have the psychical get a faster swap solution such as an SSD dedicated for swap on linux and set it to enable auto trimming, its some fstab setting I forget. But it makes a huges difference when loading shit from SSD at 500 MB/s vs a barely over 100/MB/s just do the math. It will keep models in the swap which is faster than reloading them from the mechanical drive.
