Canada is going to fuck this up for us. They'll start granting Indians citizenship. With a Canadian citizenship, they can get a TN visa. There no limit on how many "Canadians" can come to the US on the TN visa. The cost is $56. Canada already serves as a waiting room for Indians and Chinese who weren't able to get an H1B in the visa lottery. They go to Canada, work for a US company's Canadian office, and then try for a visa each year until they finally get one.
Canadians will do it because they'll see it as a way to fuck over Trump. Plus they can charge Indians $50k for the citizenship process, making it half the price of the H1B visa, and an endless source of funds for the Canadian government.
