as a rule of thumb, 200€ per week nets you around 2000 kcal per day, which is adequate for my weight
200€ / 50€ per kg * 4 000 kcal per kg (carb or protein) = 16 000 kcal per week

Dude that's over half a kg of meat (fancy meat that's ten times more expensive than the normal fresh red meat you find at every supermarket) per day.

Who the fuck eats that much every single day? Are you one of those carnivore meme people who refuses to eat some bread or pasta with their meat?

you don't have to only eat meat, you can eat cheese, which can be more expensive, but has fat, which is twice as calorific than protein
you can eat carbs on the side
if you really have to ask, my diet usually made of the following:
glass bottled mineral water (Évian)
whole hard wheat sourdough bread
fresh whole large eggs
fresh salmon or ground beef
non-uht whole cow milk, yogurt and cheese (hard, like parmesan or gruyère)
butter fat and olive oil
various nuts, almonds
fruits: oranges, bananas, kiwifruit, etc. (depending on the season)
greeneries: beans (white, red, green), lentils, spinach, carrots, etc.
some can be as expensive as meat (like idk almonds), but some are not

Tap water in most of Europe is fine.
And you can always get a decent osmosis water filter which is much cheaper in the long run and way more convenient.

Calorically that's probably about 12000-15000 calories worth of food. Which would be about a weeks worth or food.

It look like a lot in volume, but just mentally do a weeks worth of cooking in your head it's way less stuff than it seems at first glance.

Why are we even spending money on this "space exploration" bs? What's out there for us? We could of dealt with hunger and climate change here on earth instead of spending trillions on sending those rovers on Mars, the Moon, Venus etc. Like goddamn, I ain't paying my taxes for NASA to waste it all on some toys.
