Help me solve my obsession with trannies (tech solutions only)

I wanna focus on improving my webdev skills and slowly working on CCNA on the side, but I keep gettig distracted by thoughts of MtF transsexuals. The sole concept fills me with immense rage, and before I know it, the entire day has gone by, and all I've done was seethe about trannies.
What technology can I utilize to focus on my projects instead? Serious replies only.

You need to get off the internet, and force yourself to focus on other stuff. Cut off all viewing of political pundit """influencers""" who talk about the stuff, and socialize with normal people.
