Android, unironically edge. Devs took the code out of kiwi for extensions and night mode and essentially made edge kiwi browser.
Followed by Firefox of course.

Try going to the site with the ad > tap the brave icon in the URL bar > Advanced controls > Block element near the bottom.
Also consider setting your phone's private DNS to adguard.
