And music. It's flying under the radar, but Ai generated music is becoming almost indistinguishable from regular music.

rhythm is all over the place
maybe it can replace music if you just listen to a faggot singing and just need some noise in your ears

it doesn't know up from down so I doubt it a bit.
however, you don't need to be very smart to be an efficient killer.
proof are wild animals predators.
most of them are not exactly bright but they do kill for a living.

if you strap a cpu to a machine gun trigger and a webcam it can become an efficient killer.
can an AI do that without fucking everything up in the process?

thats the question and the answer is not clear yet.
yes. it can do a bunch of things and you have AI agents and scripts running but when push comes to shove, no one really trusts it as the ultimate authority.

basically it has no logic.
without logic it is impossible to do mathematics
without mathematics you can not prove that something is true/false

thus, the fact that llms seem to trust themselves is just an illusion.
they do not have the ability to prove things mathematically so any conclusion it may make is just an illusion. its a statistical conclusion.

it can never truly say True or False, only 99% probability of being true or not.
that 1 percent makes all the difference when you start to scale things up.

humans also have an excellent ability to read between the lines and spot bullshit through millions of years of evolution and living in this world with constant fighting, cooperating, building and destroying.

the AI is not made for such chaos.
the whole AI thing supposes that you everyone continues living in the same society with relative stability
as soon as you have a revolution and rules are put to the test, I doubt the AI will follow along.

Human error in nuclear missiles is more likely to kill us than some terminator.

It will by making us progressively dumber and lazier and shittier. Think the blob people in Wall-e. In its current form, it can't come to like like Skynet and murder us, but it can progressively ruin us as a species.

we're doing a fine job of that on our own already

No. But all creative content will be 95% AI generated within five years. All jobs will be AI integrated. AI is the future. Given your post, you've already been left behind.
