>China won
Remember all those Chinese overseas interests in western companies? All those companies they outright bought?
Many western countries have articles of law that allow them to nationalize privately owned businesses in case of impending threat to their vital infrastructure, to the state of their economy, or to their industry and means of production.
The Dutch just did it with Nexperia, which is (was?) owned by the Chinese Wingtech. The Amsterdam chamber of commerce shoved aside the current Chinese national that was appointed as CEO and installed their own surrogate, along with moving control of nearly all the company's stock to another party. They've effectively disowned the Chinese.
(Should you not know the name Nexperia: they're an A-brand; probably *the* A-brand manufacturer of components and low-end but resilient chip-tech that goes into consumer and industrial technology applications, as well as automotive. Losing them would be a major hit to the west's capability to maintain and expand logistics and industry.)
