As a proud "trans" "girl". I don't really think its funny to be making fun of their sexuality or gender.
They are trying their best and just being who they are.
I see them more like a modern Macaroni (fashion) man. I think they are more acoustic in the same way Benjamin Franklin was acoustic. I think you are all just uncultured, however, some of the things they say are very out of touch and very (from the citydweller walkable cities tier) as if this person is never really struggled and gone outside the city, they seem to also be very privileged. And sort of have this authoritarian undertone and they are always right. Like I don't care about fossil fuels, carbon emissions I am just wanting to watch a video about dishwashers. I don't need to be guilty about my fossil fuel usage to survive, can't afford these green technologies and even if I could do, I want to be subsidizing Asia and not local economies. They seem very out of touch with the real world and how most people live when they parade around being "right" in their privileged enclave. similar to the macaroni men, they think they are sort of "above you".
