He probably had enough bitcoin dust in his 4chan pass wallet from the early days of crypto to retire.

If he was early enough to believe in bitcoin when it was <$100, he probably kept a percentage of them, so when google started shuffling him around and btc was already at $50k+, he probably just said fuck it.

I've seen him at the Google office in Tokyo before he got canned for being connected to this place. Seemed chill enough. Doubt he has any interest in 4chan anymore though.

i mean, i wonder how much he posted here to begin with, i remember it was always a big deal whenever you saw that red admin tripcode. i'm sure he posted without it as well, but idk. maybe he just got a life. he's well-known and handsome so it wouldn't be hard for him.
