You company's spending is not taxed in Germany. If you are an employee of your own company and are receiving money from it, though, it is.
The trick is to give yourself no salary and justify all your spending as business expenses. Your car? In the name of the company. Your house? In the name of the company? Your meal at McDonalds? Strategic business lunch.
Either way, talk to a real lawyer/finance firm instead of autists on the internet. That should be your first step.
