ive used such software, this is how my latest windows setup looked like, winter 2025, shortly before i switched to linux, this wasnt achieved with retrobar or openshell, no, this shit was done with a couple of dudes porting the windows xp explorer to work on windows 10 from its source code and some windhawk patches, this one was unstable lmao
