The new hotness is banning mobile ip's under the guise of them being a vpn/tor exit node. Have seen it happen all over the country. Also, if I go somewhere and get assigned a mobile ip that's perma'ed for pizza, I laugh heartily at whatever moron did that because they're getting v&nned absolutely and then I get the fuck out of there because I don't want to be where diddlers are.
But yeah if you can't dodge you're dumber than fuck. It still shouldn't happen as often as it does but it's basically just an annoyance rather than a real issue.
