I don't know why this shit surprises you people, especially when it comes to Youtube as a whole. Why make 50-100k at LTT making videos if you've gained enough notoriety on your own to do it yourself for the same money or more (especially with sponsors directly tied to yourelf). It's a no brainer. Be your own boss isn't some new fangled thing lmao. Especially in the day in age where zoomers are brainrot attacked by entrepreneurial tiktoks and shit on how to make money fast you'd think you'd understand why people would leave a place like LTT to go do the exact same thing and formula on their own in a more raw less corporate way.

In 3 weeks Jake has probably already make like 15-20k from his videos without even including the sponsors who paid probably close to the same amount on top.

It sucks because obviously it's much more fun to just enjoy one channel and not have to sub and pay attention to multiple channels but beyond that people freak out too much about people leaving a place like LTT which is a like 100+ employee company, they aren't small fries man. My families business has like 30 employees maybe and we still see people leaving on the regular, people don't stay in one place man.
