well right off the jump, first thing, lighting. that bulb is too white/cool, get something with a warmer kelvin tone, don't angle the lamp so the bulb is exposed, angle it up toward a corner or ceiling so that the light diffuses and spreads soft light to your whole workspace instead of just blasting your desk surface that looks cold, tacky. even some under desk light might be nice, something soft and warm. that corner ceiling where your wall clock is seems the perfect spot to have a lamp pointed.
too much cable clutter on the desk, especially with the whole tower on there. just looks cramped, limited space. too much ugly cheap old peripherals, no proper monitor stand. obviously maybe you don't wanna replace everything, but at the very least, if you just free up some space by moving your tower elsewhere, cleaning up a bit, and replacing the god awful small lamp bulb and reorienting it in a non retarded position, you'll have a comfier setup.
but i agree too with the other anon that after doing that stuff, you should try to collect some "inspo" images of setups you like and emulate what you like from them.
