Based on your specs, I'd go with either Base or HD. The other ones are worse at prompt following in my experience, and while they have their use cases, I'd suggest dipping in only after you get comfortable with the others.
just download the main safetensors file you need from the relative repo, it should be in the root directory of each of the models.
Btw, comfy has retard-proof workflows made for new friends, you just click the 'CHROMA' template and it will tell you what to download and where to place it. I'm not sure SWARM has the same feature. My suggestion would be to just start with a ready made base template and learn from there.

I made the original post, I looked up what that parameter did before using it (as every non-mouthbreather should do, of course) and based on my system's idle VRAM consumption I set it to 2 and everything seems to work fine.
Of course that doesn't fix Qwen Edit cropping the image that it's editing but that's a known issue with the model itself (and if you're just touching up slop them it seems you can counteract that by telling it to "zoom out slightly").

The problem with API models is not even the fact that they're proprietary, it's the fact that nobody here owns hardware capable of running them even if they were open-weights. We need better models and algorithms instead of applying more and more brute force to existing ones.
