Free if you change the default ssh port, disable root and password login, and throw free cloud flare in front of it. This is not the best idea for real high-volume traffic sites. Use a cheap VPS otherwise, so if you get pwn'd it's not a big deal to your personal network at home. Hetzner has $5.50 /mo VPS, been using one for almost 2 years.
