The biggest symptom of jeetification of the USA is companies demanding pieces of paper that say you can do a thing, rather than just talking to people to figure out if they can do a thing. In a healthy society it doesn't matter where you learned or trained as long as you can do the job. In a jeetified society, social caste matters most so only people who have the right pieces of paper that say you belong to the correct caste are considered for jobs.
It's just all so fucking tiresome.
