What perplexes me is how often they have ancient hardware that isn't even supplied anymore.
Usually any prebuilt trying to screw you would atleast have the common courtesy to give you something supported and supplied, even if it's an old chip just rebranded (GT 730 for example)
Not only is the GPUs you see low end but often properly EoL and not meant to be sold.
Either there is alot of low end GPUs that never got installed in a card and this is just some way to use them or they are actual used/salvaged pieces of hardware and it's such a large operation that it's infecting proper retail channels.
I'm surprised they are even using semi-current CPUs and not just using hobbled together LGA2011 boards with xeons with some bios fuckery to make them say i7/i9 in windows.
I know in extreme poverty places like India, some of the popular PCs being sold as new was core 2s which all have to be used even if the motherboard is new
