What's the alternative to the chinese bios botnet for the Thinkpad?
I literally cannot work at all on this laptop, I even removed microphones out of my thinkpad t14 gen 3 amd.

All laptops are basically the same, just with different levels of quality. They only differ in small details, if you’re that worried about those tiny things, I don’t think the problem is the laptop
