be honest with me
what OSs actually have fulltime paid developers whose job is to maintain/update the OS behind it?

i dont wanna trust my main desktop pc i do personal and finance shit on to something some person develops as a hobby and might drop tommorow or abuse in some way. respect to dudes making their little niche distro but i want something with responsible people or a long history of no security issues or contraversies.

I see, so you'd rather something they develop *professionally* and might drop tomorrow and abuse in myriad different ways. You are so wise anon, truly an intellect of the ages.
