Android is worst OS on the planet.
Im suprised there is anyone alive to mod anything. Imagine modding something google will break with an update every 3 months.
Its also never easy. A program that is one page of python in windows/linux is mother of all clusterfucks in android.

PCs will be like this before long anyway. MacOS borderline already is, I'm sure Windows will be 100% walled off by the next version. Linux will hold out longest, shame there is no open source phone OS.

Some do, some don't.
It's always crazy to me when people don't even have a laptop. My in laws had one person in a household of six who owned a laptop.
Managed to persuade the two business owners in the family of the uses of having one though. They were sick of using their phones to read PDF contracts. Always having to zoom in and then drag the PDF left and right to read each line because they didn't reflow of course. I'm glad they have something better now.
