Corpo bloat with planned micro-transactions. If you are on Arch just use normal repos.

I have my main drive with mint. And then another drive as a distro whore which I put multiple distros for testing, sometimes more than one a day. I like my hobby.

It's so perfect you cope with Arch on a distrobox. Just use Arch directly, pussy.
Anonymous No.107070324 [Report] >>107071043
>>107070130
Debian has official support for shit like davinci, rocm etc. No point in chaning the stable base when Flatpaks exists and for niche cases distrobox. Yea, there might be some kernel improvements, but whatever...
Anonymous No.107071043 [Report] >>107072243 >>107075933
>>107070324
So? You can pick the Deb file and convert to Arch. You don't know what stable means in Linux, it's not that it doesn't crash, it's that the version is purposely not updated to a new major version until the OS itself is updated. If you tell this to users they'll probably think again about installing "stable" distributions.

AuR is not normal repo it's user repo. Your corpo repos also have history of malware, github is full of malware but you only see AuR because you were trained like dog to hate it.

>noobs have to make a franken-distro out of multiple different distros plus distrobox and flatpaks just to get a system that is stable and up to date
Meanwhile I just use Gentoo, the only distro that lets you combine stable and bleeding edge packages on the same system. Get on my level chuds.

>>107072243
I don't give a crap about retarded stereotypes like trannies using Arch. Niggers use Debian and I don't see anyone complaining. The reality is the large majority of users want the latest stable vanilla packages and it better have lots of packages, and that's Arch, or CachyOS. You can also use NixOS but that requires a bigger learning curve. Debian, Ubuntu, Fedora, Mint, or whatever traditional distribution, does not give you that. You have to cheat with Flatpaks and then complain it's garbage that's not quite compatible with the OS libraries.
Anonymous No.107075086 [Report]
Fair.
For me it's Devuan + LXQt + AppImage + Windows in KVM with RDP
Anonymous No.107075422 [Report] >>107075448 >>107075548
Flatpaks? Why? Don't they just suck? Slow, hit or miss at best and overall just bloat? apt works fine, pacman works fine, emerge too. Except dnf that thing just sucks.

A fixed release distro + flatpak / snap / appimage is pro tier. You can enjoy a stable system while still having up to date apps.

This. There's literally no reason to run arch when you can run Debian and run Arch programs in distrobox or flatpaks. Debian doesn't shit itself when you updoot
