This would be true if we were talking high frequencies but for frequencies below 100 there's no source that's going to generate harmonics (the only thing you might run into is 100hz with 50hz grid or 120hz with 60hz). We're not talking RF here, this is almost DC by comparison.

This. There's effectively no source that generates 50 or 60hz outside of mains. Mains hums have been used throughout the information age to reveal locations. I wish I could find it but intelligence people were using distinct "warbles" specific to distinct areas based on the time of day and power generation and previous signal profiles to figure out where recordings were coming from essentially down to the city. I don't know if this is possible anymore as power switching has got quite advanced and mains tend to be far cleaner now than they used to.

Around 14:40 and 16:20 we only hear the mic, no bgm or game music are present. There is a clear hum from something, possibly her computer, that's at 50hz, that hum is constant throughout the stream.

You can ask any decent chatbot for help with this stuff, they're pretty good at writing up ffmpeg and bog standard python code like this. I recommend having it generate html graphs with something like plotly so you can zoom in and look at the results.
