Back in the good ol days of usenet, we could filter messages using regular expressions. Websites can't do that mostly. 4chan being a poorly implemented exception to that rule.

Seconding the regex filter method.
Also detect circumventing of the filter.
On match, reject the post and issue a warning/ban. Only the most extreme cases need permanent bans.

I don't think Regex filters would work here. For the posts, you can use a local llm to generate free, unique messages to avoid any filtering. For other requests (Reactions, Follows), even if you had and IPS / Snort rule firewall for monitoring requests, the attacker can still hide all generic requests by using local llms for usernames and such.
