You can't. This is their plan. They'll be able to just manufacture any sort of bullshit case against anybody they don't like, saying their algorithms caught you doing something bad or something. This, especially in red states, prison labor laws and protections have been getting repealed like in Texas.. For profit prisons have their own lobbyists now, and have been really hard at work getting politicians to destroy any rights you have as a human being while incarcerated so they can do anything they want with you. Once enough money is in it, blue states will follow.
The US is back on the domestic slavery game. End goal is to increase prison population even more for unpaid labor.
