Yup, you have to go to a special website to do this. It's pretty much a mirror of 4chan that auto solves most captchas for you. And the jannies banning you means nothing since you have access to millions of residential ip addresses at your disposal. So you can go ahead and make any post you want without any self censorship. There's also a very convenient button that allows you to change the image hash, so they can't ever stop you from posting things like this image.
