reForge and its variants will fuse separate masks into a single one. If you're feeling masochistic and want to inpaint in Comfy, I think that also works by setting 'combined' to True in the "MASK to SEGS" node.

Not sure. But after you hit Generate, the preview you see on the right side is your current bounding box.

Not sure if I'm understanding your question. For every mask, it first prepares the smallest box that contains that mask, and then adds the padding. Then if you have multiple masks, it will prepare the smallest box that contains all the boxes of all your masks. That is the region that the model sees, and that appears on the right side during preview. At least from what I understand.

Yes you can mix and match loras, that's part of the fun. In this case it's mix:1.0 and tactics:0.8. You'll get your own feel for weights though

Make sure to make note of what all's available in that flyx3 mix lora, it's a whole fucking ice cream shop and they all work well from what I've tested. But anyway it's your source for the Shinkiro aspect (as well as the artist tag obv)

I don't know the answer for sure as there are obviously a lot of moving parts to a complex gen, but I would say the main culprit is the checkpoint. I'm using Visionary here which is more of a semirealistic checkpoint, that should help get more realistic looking skin as opposed to plastic looking.

Wow! In your example with the plantmilk model, the skin deteriorated! But the face and body proportions seem to stay the same. I'm going to check out that checkpoint because I also tried the Miao Miao Real Skin Vpred model but didn't like it. It's more loli oriented so all the body proportions change.l and also the color palete turns more whiteish.

Lineage 2 elves are the best elf archetypes. You have the normal elf who is thin and slender. Then you have the dark elves who are pure sex dommy mommy. This technique is really smart and has a lot of uses.
I'll add, though, that for this particular example, you don't need to do this unless you're trying to do a high denoise inpaint and completely change the pose of the hand.
If you're just trying to do a low denoise inpaint and not completely change the hand's pose, it is adequate, in fact preferred, to simply mask only the hand, use a low padding value, and prompt using only the model-required tags, your style tags, and the tag "hand."

Yes. Shooped (including use of perspective tool), then inpainted with Canny to preserve shape.
I do not even bother to attempt genning any text at all with local models. I always shoop then inpaint for text. The final result looks better and it's honestly much faster compared to rerolling seeds until it gens passable text.
