If we really cared about our citizenry we would have a more robust pipeline to ensure that young people could be successful. Like, actual hot, nourishing school lunches cooked on site, proper pre-K childcare for all, and cheap houses in every American city for 200K with preference for US born citizens, with immigrant families needing to be in the US for three generations to qualify for such housing. If I were running the country young people would be fucking set as long as they fucking showed up and tried to work hard and be smart, basically.

I just tell people if you go in for an interview/LinkedIn or see their mangers/CEO is Indian, don't even bother applying or coming back. Once a company lets one be in leadership, they hire their friends and thy literally fuck everything up until the company decides to clean house, which takes forever because the Indians know if the company fired all the Indians they get sued for being racist.
