I haven't yet seen it trigger from a reply from the AI in my case, it's always upon sending my prompt. When it triggers it always does so pretty much instantly: I'm non-technical so I wouldn't know but maybe they're using a simple method like counting the number of bad words or something. Re-generating indefinitely at this point keeps triggering the filter every time until I alter it.

Example:

Most of my character cards contain explicit physical character descriptions. Maybe this makes it easy to accidentally trigger the filter by using just a few bad words in my message, or maybe it looks at the total number of tokens that are sent with my prompt and calculates the ratio of bad tokens to safe tokens. That said, the AI's responses have been perverted with way lewder language and more bad words than the offending example above, so perhaps it's more sensitive to the User
