Intel Engineer Steals Top Secret Intel Data
>fire a 10 year employee and outsource his job to India
>he steals a bunch of your top secret data

Many such cases. Why isn't this more common when your employer fires you to outsource your job?

A former Intel software engineer who spent over a decade with the company allegedly stole several thousand documents, including confidential ones, after he was laid off.

most companies don't have anything worth stealing that hasn't already been stolen by a dozen state actors and so don't bother looking for or prosecuting these things

The idea of owning ideas is a stupid idea.
Laws on “trade secrets” only benefit rich capitalists.

He most certainly fucked off to China. Hopefully the files contained something related to the ME's inner-workings.

read your employment contract
Anonymous No.107157717 [Report]
I made a full copy of my email at the job I worked at with all the documents sent and everything. Also I had to use the previous person in my role's email for a while in the beginning ao I made a backup of that too.
Quite useless I never even looked at it again. But I guess it serves as a memories of my 4 months there. One day I might want to reminisce or refresh myself on how to complete waybills.

Oh yeah, I did use the supplier contact list in a subsequent job when I had had to order some some shit though, the guy questioned how I had his number. I forgot what I told him.

Something being in a contract doesn't make it legal.
For example and relating exactly to your "point"
Any contract that states something like
>everything you make belongs to us yes even in your personal time LMAO
Won't hold up in court if the pay is dogshit.

don't play games with people's employment, offer them a good severance package and recommend them to other companies, they will be happy then
