No, their algorithm sucks dicks and doesn't stop even minor changes from getting through. You still need to report anything, so it's basically just added telemetry for them for barely any benefit to you. Just add your own hashing/phash and build your own list of blocked hashes, those fucking faggots don't give a fuck about any children and they won't provide an option that doesn't rape your privacy.
