I installed an adblocker recently and many website, like letterboxd and flickr, Will give me a screen about disabling adblocker nearly every time I click on something. Hardly more usable than without adblocker. Is there a way to remove those too?

You can block arbitrary elements on demand with ublock, not sure about others
