I commissioned an artist on Skeb. His art is very nice, and he delivered one for me. It's all good. Then I tried to commission them again with another oc of mine with shota, but he declined. I said, Ok, that's fine. (The artist draw way kinky stuff, so i thought he would accept my commission.) Then, a month later, I sent another OC, just with an anonymous male; he also declined. After 4 months, I tried to commission them again for the third try; maybe they're busy at the time, but they also declined.

So what do you guys think? What happened there?

Backgrounds on skeb are also the exception, not the norm. Scrolling through recent deliveries you'll see most are just blocks of colors with some lines added to them or no background at all.
Even when there is a background a lot of the time it's just a photo with a filter put over it.

Is it really that common for skeb artists to ignore your prompt entirely though? I know a few people have had bad experiences here. But the way this argument is brought up by so many tradcom shillers, you would think people only get what they ask for maybe 10% of the time.

So far, the worst experiences I've had on Skeb involved the artist getting a few details wrong. But then again I don't really ask for elaborate scenarios or anything.

Skebartists usually do follow the prompt, its the how they follow it where issues can arise. There are many ways to interpret a scenario and infinity ways to go about laying out its composition, and when it doesnt line up exactly how it appeared in the tradcommers head and they get 0 control over changing this or that detail they feel as if they wasted their money.

They usually don't ignore the prompt entirely (though they do that sometimes), but they frequently make partial mistakes or miss a thing or two or etc. that are noticeable in the artwork but would be easily fixable if there was a wip stage or any sort of feedback.
Imo skeb has a different purpose than trad comms. Skeb is a gambling platform that you use when you don't have very specific requirements or ideas - you use it when you have a prompt that doesn't have many parts to get wrong, and accept that some details may be off even when there are references for them. And this is without even getting into the MTL issues.
Going into skeb expecting the same level of specification and accuracy as a trad comm is asking for dissappointment.
The real move it to use skeb to find artists, and then ask those artists if they do trad comms. Or just use PR for the same thing without caring about shitgami's communication autism in the first place.
