There's no way to tell if it was someone from here or a Japanese person, but I will say that the Japanese absolutely lurk here. They boast about speaking English and and talk about how we repost deliveries. They complain and report your booru uploads. They moved their own threads to discord so you can't see them anymore, but they talked about doing stuff like this when they up and public.
I am surprised anon got a strike for complaining about a bad delivery however. I thought that you should be able to talk about your experiences and whether or not you are satisfied with the work on SNS, just don't ping or talk to the artist directly.
