The forms preceded God and they exist independently of him. God is the thing that manifests the forms from the immaterial realm into the material realm but he didn't create the forms and he he can't define, alter, or destroy them. Good and evil are ideas that exist independently of God just like communism, capitalism, democracy, freedom, etc God's nature is represented by the world that he created, by the forms that he chose to manifest most persistently. God is mostly evil because he created a world that is mostly evil. Good and evil are both forms that are manifest by God from the immaterial realm to the material world, he could have manifested either one in whatever quantity he chose but he chose to mostly manifest evil because he is mostly evil.

This claim is incoherent. Something cannot make itself. So, if God is goodness itself, God obviously did not make goodness itself.

Heaven isn't materially real so it doesn't do anything to demonstrate God's character. If anything the whole idea of "heaven" is just an affirmation of God's evilness because it represents his dishonest and manipulative nature.

These kinds of lies don't have any credibility anymore. If heaven was materially real you would be able to provide proof. What's materially real is what's materially manifest. If heaven isn't materially manifest (it isn't or you could provide evidence of it) then it's just a form or collection of forms, ie. something God didn't create but could manifest but chose not to (because he's evil). Even if heaven was materially manifest (it isn't) it wouldn't cancel out all the evils that God manifests and he would still be evil. Saying God "is good" because heaven exists would be like saying some serial murderer/rapist/torturer is actually good because he lives in a really nice mansion where everything is perfect for him. If anything that would just make him eviler.
