In regards to Matthew 25:46. The word being translated as "eternal" is Aion. The word could be an age, or a cycle. Things that are cyclical are eternal, but not "inescapable". One can escape an orbit, or break a cycle, and if you don't have to go there, per 2 Peter 3:9, then it is indeed escapable.

What is the evidence for hell? You have never seen it and cannot show it to me, nor can you provide any argument that I should believe in it without such empirical evidence. The idea of hell is founded upon the subjective interpretation of various and contradictory claims from some anonymous books, which provide no evidence for those claims. It is a bogeyman story meant to terrify and control people.
