That ancestry breakdown is kind of ridiculous. If you post your scaled G25 coordinates I can try breaking it down into steppe + EEF + excess hunter gatherer

It's pretty good. Notice that there are lots of zeroes. It's just trying to be systemic by testing a bit of everything. Some noise can be reduced, but most of the sources used are accurate. It shows that the vast majority of ancestry in this selection of Europeans is captured by 4 major sources:
Steppe
GAC (Globular Amphora Culture)
BSD (Balto-Slavic Drift)
LBK (Linear Pottery Culture)
EHG and Kotias can be silenced as noise, but the minor sources make sense:
Narva - Baltic hunter gatherer admix
Iberia_CA - it seems minor but it becomes more prominent when looking at individual samples rather than averages. It's really there in some sense but it's most likely a proxy for a non-GAC Atlantic farmer source.
Krasnoyarsk - uniquely Uralic admix
Ukraine_N - it's generally excess steppe-related ancestry but for Finns this is unlikely. For them it's probably just a unique HG source somewhere on the BHG - EHG cline that overlaps a little with Ukraine_N. Same thing for Ukraine_Mesolithic

Israel_C, Natufian, and PPNB all appear, but if you look closely, even Finnish_North is affected. Was there ever a sizable population of Jews in the north of Finland??

Yamnaya probably has trace Levantine admix (most likely mediated through the Caucasus) just like the papers talk about. The curious thing is the early Corded Ware samples used are basically Yamnaya with a slight Ukraine_N shift and no extra ANF admix.
So Yamnaya has trace Levantine but Corded Ware doesn't? hmm
