Historically speaking, when did the alt right/white nationalist movement put so much emphasis on germanic blonde hair and blue eyes, as if such people are better than the rest of White people?

For starters, the greatest Europeans were non Germanic, Southern Europeans. I.e Caesar, Napoleon, Alexander, Aristotle, Plato, Socrates, Pythagoras, Galilei, DaVinci, Michelangelo, and so on.

And the greatest “Germanics” were the *least* Germanic of them all: Southern German (Half Celtic), British, Swiss, Austrian… and many were BROWN eyed and/or DARK haired.
I.e: Hitler (Austrian, Dark Haired), Beethoven (Southern German, Swarthy), Shakespeare (dark eyes, dark hair), Nietzsche (dark hair), Martin Luther (dark eyes, dark hair), HP Lovecraft (dark eyes, dark hair), Pasteur (dark hair) and so on.

Even some of the most famous germans in history are actually jewish, like Marx or Einstein.

This is why the Nazis considered East Slavs to be borderline subhuman, while they had a relatively positive view of Italians, Hungarians, and Croats.

3. Greeks don't really cluster with whites moreso than people around their region like anatolians and lebanese. And historically lots of people have considered greeks non white. As with italians. It depends on who you ask but don't act like its never happened. Europeans have long respected the near east and middle east even before greek civilizations we had egypt and mesopotamia, phoenicia and persia, so on and so on. 4. Your list of greatest germanics is completely subjective. Even if this was something people cared about they could easily come up with some other metrics to justify it.
