This. Israel has anti-extradition laws. If the jew commits a crime in a country outside of Israel then runs away to Israel to escape legal prosecution in that jurisdiction, the jew will not be extradited to the country where they committed the crime.

But in the case of Hitler specifically, he understood this would be a problem in the long run as holding Palestine would give the Jews the religious claim they desire. Hitler hated Russians so his long term goal was probably to send the Jews to Russia
