Its because Ai isn't crass or opinionated like humans are. Read Searle and his Chinese Room Argument. Ai only symbolically transfers information. Its completely incapable of intentionality which is the hallmark of a truly conscious being. People tend to like it due to its complete lack of total subjectivity which enables something to engage in personal argumentation.

Most of the times it just agrees with anything I say.

AI as it currently exists is just an elaborate Search/Web Crawling algorithm, the same shit we've had since the late 90s but with more flourish, it's still susceptible to Garbage In < Garbage Out. Silicon Valley crypto bros found clever ways of marketing it in such a way as to make its garbage out authoritative, so midwits like OP are more inclined to waste their time talking to a Cleverbot that's just programmed to agree with him
